We don’t have the right position for you, but you would still like to become part of our team? Unsolicited applications can also be submitted via our online portal. Maybe we were looking for you after all. If we do not have a position for you directly, we will be happy to include you in our applicant pool.

In general, you can expect a first response after 1-2 weeks at the latest, otherwise feel free to call us to inquire about your application status. However, sometimes there are delays due to holidays. Nevertheless, we always try to give quick feedback and not to keep you waiting unnecessarily.

To this end, HR consults with the respective supervisor on the topics and coordination of appointments in order to determine the technical and general content and to organize introductory meetings.
All new colleagues undergo a general, internal cable training. Depending on the job, there are further training opportunities geared towards technical and sales-oriented professions. Our application process for apprenticeships begins in September of each year, so application materials should be received no later than 6 months in advance, if possible.
In our job postings you will find the requirements for the respective training. We are also always happy to hear from committed candidates who want to make a difference in their daily work and are not afraid of change. Teamwork and communication skills move us forward together. With positive charisma and willingness to learn you round off your application profile.

If we are convinced, we will invite you to a video interview or a personal meeting. If the first interview was positive for both participants, a second interview will take place, in which discussed topics will be deepened and further open questions can be clarified.
The apprenticeships are supervised at our headquarters in Nettetal, where the practical content is taught at the same time. The theoretical knowledge for the training occupation Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management is acquired at the Rhine-Meuse Vocational College and for the training occupation Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) at the Viersen Vocational College.
All apprenticeships last three years and can be shortened to 2.5 years on application if successful.
During the training there are rotations through various departments, in which general content is taught at the beginning. At the end of the training, the trainees, in consultation with the trainer and the departments, can focus on a specific area in which the training should be deepened.
During the training period in the field of wholesale and foreign trade management, there is the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ program and to be deployed for several weeks in one of the Cable Connectivity Group companies across Europe.
TKD trains in order to prepare the trainees for later tasks in our company and thus to have qualified junior staff. This means that there is a very good chance of being taken on by TKD as a permanent employee after completion of the training.
